Brisbane = smashed Canterbury to sit in second place on Thursday night.
Sydney Roosters = replaced Brisbane in second with a big win over Newcastle.
Cronulla = two late tries sealed an important win over Souths.
Penrith = three straight wins has Penrith in touch with the top eight.
Melbourne = solidified top spot by beating Canberra.
North Qld = now a genuine top four chance.
St. George-Illawarra = scored nine tries against Manly. Who saw that coming?
Parramatta = consolidated their top eight spot with a tight win over Wests Tigers.

Canterbury = the Dogs’ pink socks was their only bright spark at Lang Park.
Newcastle = the Knights can’t claim a “brave” loss this week, beaten soundly by the Roosters.
Souths = competitive against Cronulla but still wasn’t enough.
Gold Coast = the loss to Penrith just about ends the Titans’ finals hopes.
Canberra = their seventh loss by six points or less.
NZ Warriors = still just the one win in Australia.
Manly = got within eight points in the second half, but the Dragons were never going to lose.
Wests Tigers = competitive against Parramatta, but it wasn’t enough.
