SOUTHS = brilliant comeback win.
CRONULLA = dour, tenacious, controversial win.
MANLY = good win following a tough week.
NZ WARRIORS = three wins from three in Australia. Could the Warriors finally be the real deal?
ST GEORGE-ILLAWARRA = still undefeated, along with the Warriors.
GOLD COAST = incredible win at Lang Park.
WESTS TIGERS = who’d have picked Wests would win three out their first four?

LOSERS
NORTH QUEENSLAND = just one win from four and a tough trip to Auckland coming up.
CANTERBURY = blew a six-point lead with five minutes left.
MELBOURNE = tryless for the first time since round six last year.
SYDNEY ROOSTERS = punishing loss at home.
CANBERRA = awful first half, slightly better second half.
NEWCASTLE = outclassed in Wollongong.
BRISBANE = rare upset loss at home.
PARRAMATTA = from top four last year to four straight losses this year.
