WINNERS 
BRISBANE = survived Parra’s second half fightback
CANBERRA = finally win a close one.
MELBOURNE = business as usual after the Manly loss.
SYDNEY ROOSTERS = big win in Gosford.
SOUTHS = vaulted to third.
PENRITH = overtook Dragons in first place.
CRONULLA = six straight wins.
WESTS TIGERS = that win keeps them in eighth.

LOSERS 
PARRAMATTA = brave comeback, but wasn’t enough.
MANLY = led 14-2, lost 21-20.
NORTH QLD = another one-point loss.
GOLD COAST = competitive early, but the Roosters were too good.
NZ WARRIORS = lost last two home games by big margins.
ST. GEORGE-ILLAWARRA = sacrificed first place, could that be costly?
NEWCASTLE = early good form starting to fade.
CANTERBURY = still stuck in the bottom four.
